STATION MANAGEMENT APS will ensure a smooth venture into a new destination for an airline, while supporting all administrational and supervisory tasks on behalf of our airline client. We offer station management services for the client airline's start-up locations, on long or short term basis. We understand an airline needs to keep pace with expanding destination network and may not always have staff on the ground to setup and manage commercial operations. We at APS can assist in covering this gap and represent the airline effectively at any airport globally. 1.1 We offer station representation and supervisory services 1.2 We consult plan and manage on behalf of the airline 1.3 We oversee facilities and equipment according to prescribed manuals of the airlines 1.4 We coordinate with 3rd party service providers on behalf of the airline 1.5 We supervise check-in, passenger handling, ramp handling and all the briefings to ensure smooth, safe and timely aircraft turn around 1.6 We assist procument of permit rights and coordinate slot arrangements (Aerofile) 1.7 We Liaise with local and airport authorities and service providers for any contracted services on behalf of the airline 1.8 We perform accounting, collection of revenue and provide reports on results regularly
