Dato' Mustiran holds Executive Master in Engineering Business Management (AeU) University. He is an innovative entrepreneur and a professional with almost three decades of experience in aviation’s. He started his career in Malaysia Airlines in 1982 and subsequently developed his expertise and passion in almost every aspect of ground handling service when he joined KL Airport Services (KLAS) in 1996. He is known in the industry for his customer service excellence and innovative solutions, especially in the fields of aviation ground handling. He also involves in ORAT (Operation Readiness Airport Transfer) for new airport Subang to KLIA airport. Head of Customer account in Business Development division is his last position in that company. He started his own business supplying manpower approximately 900 staffs below the wing activities for Malaysia airlines at 2007 PowerElite Services Sdn Bhd is one of the manpower supplies approves by the Malaysian government. Year 2009, He setting up new company and he is the founder for MNM Aviation Services Sdn Bhd is and approved Ground Handling in Malaysia. This company directly involve Firefly Airlines on setting up and handling at all station in Malaysia. His position at MNM Aviation is Managing Director. Year 2017. he starts setting another new company call TransAsia Services Sdn Bhd and this company focusing on General Aviation, flight support and flight handling.
